She is successfully accomplished her legal professional with a diverse academic and practically background, enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since from 2022, She has obtained a degree in Bachelor of Laws & Social Legislation (3 years Law Course) from Rizvi Law College, Bandra, Mumbai. She also holds a Degree of Master of Commerce in Advance Accounting and Finance with First Class Honors from the University of Mumbai along with the same she is pursuing Chartered Accountant Degree from the Institution of Chartered Accountant. Her legal experience includes her internships and subsequent role at associate’s at S. K. Legal Associates & LLP (Advocate and Solicitor), wherein she gained experience in drafting of civil and commercial litigation and conveyancing, drafting documents related to development, re-development project/s, drafting various contracts and memorandums, and is also handling litigation of civil and transaction matter. She is also practicing and well versed with Arbitration and Conciliation laws, Company / Corporate laws, Property laws, matters related to property development, banking matters including Due-diligence, Title Verification, Recovery, disputes and documentations, insolvency proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Revenue Matters, Municipal laws, Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. She has appeared in various matters in the Hon’ble High Court, Mumbai, D.R.T., Bombay City Civil Court, Sessions Court and Magistrate Court and has got experience of Constitutional Matters, etc.
