He is having the experience of more than 20 years in law practice. He is graduated from University of Bombay in Arts (Economic & Politics) and Law. After completion of Law he was associated with Apex Juris, Advocates & Solicitors, one of the reputed Solicitors firms of Mumbai. During the said period he got experience of civil and commercial litigation, Arbitrations and conveyancing, drafting the documents related to the development, re-development project, drafting the contracts and handling the litigation in civil and criminal courts. He also got an experience about the various transactions related to real estate, financial transactions etc. He has appeared in various matters in the Hon’ble High Court, D.R.T., Bombay City Civil Court, Special Court, Sessions Court and Magistrate Court and has got experience about the Constitutional Matters, including Public Interest Litigation, Writs. He also has an experience about Company matters, and matters relating to recovery and eviction proceedings, matters relating to Government and Engineering contracts and Arbitration matters / proceedings. He has been consultant to various Promoters, Builders & Developers and / or reputed real estate as well as finance companies / organizations for the purpose of development / re-development of the properties, documentation, stamp-duty and registration of documents. He is well versed with Arbitration and Conciliation matters, Company / Corporate Matters, Property matters (litigations, convincing and documentations), matters related to property development, banking matters (Due- diligence, Title Verification, Recovery, disputes, documentations and transactions), insolvency proceedings under the Insolvency Code, infrastructure projects, Revenue Matters, Consumer matters, Municipal laws, Rent Act, Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, Assessment of Property Tax viz.
