We successfully defended the petition filed against the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) 🏏, which sought a stay on the process and the upcoming T20 Leagues. The Hon’ble High Court of Mumbai 🏛️ has refused to grant any stay on the upcoming Mumbai T20 League 🙌.
The Court held that the agreement, being in the nature of a conducting arrangement, is not legally enforceable ⚖️. This petition was filed by a former team owner of the T20 Mumbai Cricket League.
Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to one of Mumbai’s Premier Cricket Association. Here’s to many more innings together! ⚖️🏆
