Nehal Deshmukh

After completion of her degree i.e. Masters in commerce (M. Com), she pursued the field of law by gaining a degree of LL.B from Chembur Karnataka College of Law which is affiliated with Mumbai University. During her course of law, she was elected as the Deputy General Secretary of “MOOT COURT ASSOCIATION”. She has also participated in various competitions such as Extempore, Debate and also in Moot Court Competition by participating as a “Researcher”. She has also attended various legal lectures on topics such as Generic Centre Laws relating to Women (PC PNDT Act), Property Laws, Family Law, Juvenile Justice Act, Criminal Laws at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, Powai and she has registered herself as the Para legal Volunteer. Further, after while pursuing Law, she worked as an intern at Bilawala & Co. thereby handling research work pertaining to the topics/laws such as Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Indian Penal Code,1860, Criminal Procedural Code, 1973 etc. and also to assist the Senior Advocates in any matter assigned. Afterwards, she worked as a Junior Associate at Memon and Co. During the said period she got an experience in Criminal matters along with Civil matters thereby appearing in courts such as City Civil Court (Mumbai as well as Dindosh), Small Causes Courts, Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, Esplanade Court, Family Courts, High Court etc. She also handles all legal documentation works such as drafting of WILL, Sale Deed, Leave and License Agreement, NOC Cum indemnity, Various types of Affidavits, Memorandum of Understanding etc. Furthermore, she has also experience in drafting Private Complaints, Divorce Petitions, Appeals, Revision, Police Complaints, Demand Notices, drafted and sent letters to authorities such as ICSI (The Institute of Company Secretaries of India), ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) etc
