Aniket Ahire

He is a law Graduate from ILS Law College, Pune, passed out in the year 2020. During his college days he participated in numerous Moot Court competitions as well as National Moot Court Competitions. He got enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa in the year 2020. Furthermore, he went on to pursue Master of Laws (LLM) in the year 2021 from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) specializing in Administrative and Constitutional Law. He also submitted various papers during his LLM as well as a thesis on the topic of Judicial Intervention over Administrative Action named “Judicial Control Of Administrative Action: A Study” which was approved by SPPU. On the work front he has worked as a Legal Assistant in the Legal Dept. of Mahatma Phule Backward Class Development Corporation where he dealt with finance related civil as well as criminal matters like S.138 (NI Act) matters, EOW Bank Fraud Cases as well as Labour and Industrial Court related matters. Subsequently, he pursued various different avenues relating to civil litigation and has gained substantial knowledge in drafting of various types of civil matters such as Civil Writ Petition, Money Suits, Summary Suits, Plaints, Written Statements, Reply, Affidavits etc. Currently he is working in consonance with the matters in Bombay City Civil Court as well as Bombay High Court
