Abhishek Bhatt

He is a law graduate from the University of Mumbai, passed out in the year 2018. He has been a BLS/LLB student at "Vivekanand Education Society's College of Law."In his college days, he has been academically been a fine student in his studies. He has also participated & won in various in inter & intra collegiate competitions like Moot Courts, Mock Parliament, Legal Quiz, Legal Story Board, Extempore (Advocacy skills competition). He has actively participated in volunteering for competitions like National Moot Competitions & Intra-Collegiate Sports Competitions. Has accompanied in doing Legal Research, findings judgment, drafting worked in civil matters at High Court at Appellate side. Conversant with Appellate side rules. Being an active intern has carried out work of Legal Research, finding Judgments, drafting worked on High Court & NCLT matters. He has reviewed various cases relating The Maharashtra Co-operative Act, Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, Maharashtra Ownership of Flat Act, Civil Procedure Code, Constitution of India, SEBI etc. Now he is associated with S.K. Legal Associates LLP from December 2018. Mostly engaged in Civil matters of both Original and Appellate side of Bombay High Court and even attending Bombay City Civil Court matters.
